The meat counter is 60' long and houses great cuts of beef, pork, and chicken on one end and their expertly created & smoked bacon, sausages, and lunch meat on the other. If you don't see what you are looking for it's probably available but not displayed, ask or check the huge selection on boards posted behind the counter.
There are hundreds of other products also available including spices, sauces, breads, and buns. They have canned goods, charcoal, condiments, & cold beverages - really everything to create a great meal.
The prices are reasonable, the selection is vast, & the service is great. The location, at an exit ramp just off highway 10, makes getting off and on the highway really quick and easy.
Thielen Meats for me is a must-stop on the way up north if you need any cuts of meat. They have it all - bacon, sausage, jerky, all manner of cuts of pork and beef, fresh meat, frozen meat, dog treats, spices and rubs...
The store is clean and well laid-out, and items are clearly marked. Staff is helpful and friendly. Meat is top notch. What's not to love here? Yes, you'll pay a bit more than you would at a big box grocery store, but you'll get a far better product, and people who actually know what they're doing instead with your meat.
It is one of the best meat markets around. Every time we drive through Little Falls, we have to stop at Thielen's. I love their meat sticks and jerkey, especially on road trips!
Best potato sausage we have found so far. The pecan rub smoked salmon is delish. Trying the Land of Lindberg summer sausage. Service always pleasant.
This meat market is fantastic. I purchased some jerky, sticks, brats and marinated chicken. Everything was great. I especially liked the snack sticks and I will be back to try the rest of the flavors. My only regret is that I only had so much space in my cooler for meat!

My Wife and I appreciate their business and staff immensely! They have true customer service and are very kind! Quality of product is extraordinary and very informative of their meat products, will explain what something is and how to prepare it! We won't go or buy meat from anywhere else! Horrible place..the meat cutters are complete a-holes...I wanted a nice tenderloin and they wouldn't give me what I wanted...I will never go there again!!
